More Than Cleaning​
We didn’t start a cleaning company. We started a care company that cleans.
For three years, we worked side-by-side with NDIS participants as support workers. We earned our Cert III in Individual Support not just as a qualification, but as a commitment to understanding the person behind the plan.
And we saw the same painful pattern again and again: cleaning services letting people down. Participants waiting for cleaners who never showed, feeling stranded by providers who ghosted them, and staying with unreliable services simply because they didn't know how to switch or were too anxious to try.
We realised most cleaning companies avoid NDIS work not because it's difficult, but because they lack the lived experience to do it right. They see a checklist of tasks. We see a home that is someone's sanctuary, a routine that brings stability and a service that is a lifeline to independence.
That’s why we do this differently.

​For us, cleaning has never been about ticking boxes and sending invoices. It’s an act of care.
It’s about restoring a sense of order and calm. It’s about creating a space where a participant can thrive. It’s about giving control back the control to have a clean home on their terms with a provider they can truly rely on.
