Most are between 2 - 4 hours
We charge based on the NDIS item code 01_020_0120_1_1 ($58.03/H)

Travel Time
Charged at the same hourly rate, but capped at 30 minutes each way as per NDIS rules.
We calculate this from our central depot for consistency.

Calculated from our depot only.
This ensures consistency for you.
Also you never pay for scheduling mistakes on your end.
We have to get staff from a further location? You don't pay for that!
